OUR OWN GALVANIZING LINE ENSURES SUPREME QUALITY
Equipped with its own strip galvanizing line, Wuppermann is able to manufacture tubes of a quality that far exceeds the requirements of today's standards. At the same time, high manufacturing flexibility ensures a wide product diversity, including thick zinc coatings in combination with thin wall thicknesses as well as the option of a differential zinc coating.
Wuppermann specialities include tubes with fully galvanized inner welds, produced using our WGalweld process. Unique in terms of both technology and economic efficiency, this method produces high-spec steel tubes with an exceptional degree of corrosion protection. After forming and welding, the tubes are immediately galvanized on the inside and outside in a continuous process. Thermal galvanizing of the weld not only ensures a consistently high quality but also means that tubes can be subsequently formed without any danger of the weld flaking.
Our wide range of the latest machinery combined with a vast pool of know-how means we can deliver just about any of the solutions required today. Our standard product range includes round, elliptic, oval, rectangular, and polygonal tubes. In addition, we can produce customized profiles to extremely low tolerances in a wide range of cross sections and wall thicknesses.
