A PRODUCT RANGE THAT SETS STANDARDS
Thanks to modern, high-performance production lines and high-grade source material, we are able to produce stainless steel tubes that feature superb technical as well as optical properties. Our wide range of the latest machinery combined with a vast pool of know-how means we can deliver versatile solutions of a consistently high quality.
Dimensions:
- Round tubes: Diameters of 6 – 76.1 mm
- Elliptical tubes: Outside dimensions from 9 x 5 to 90 x 60 mm
- Oval tubes: Outside dimensions from 9 x 5 to 90 x 60 mm
- Rectangular tubes: Outside dimensions from 5 x 5 to 60 x 60 mm
- Specifically shaped tubes: Cross sections from 9 to 110 mm
- Wall thicknesses: 0.4 – 3.2 mm
Quality data:
- Tubes to 76.1 x 3.2 mm (WIG/TIG- and laser-welded)
- All common tube standards in accordance with DIN and EN
- Certificate of compliance with EN 10204 3.1
- Inline eddy-current testing
- Continuous inline tube measurement
- In-process acceptance testing
- Strip thickness tolerances to +/- 0.02 mm

Our standard product range includes round, elliptic, oval, rectangular, and polygonal tubes. In addition, we can produce customized profiles to extremely low tolerances in a wide range of cross sections and wall thicknesses, annealed tubes, and DVGW-approved tubes (for drinking water and gas) in the dimensions Ø 15, Ø 18, Ø 22, and Ø 28 mm.
