As the executive body of the holding company, the Board of Management of Wuppermann AG is responsible for strategic orientation and operational management at the Wuppermann Group. The Board of Management of Wuppermann AG (from right to left):
Dr. Carl Ludwig Theodor Wuppermann
Chief Financial Officer and Spokesman of the Board of Management
Dr. Carl Ludwig Theodor Wuppermann acts as Spokesman of the Board of Management. He is a member of the fifth generation of the Wuppermann family to help shape the principles of company policy. Dr. C. L. Theodor Wuppermann has been a member of the Board of Management of Wuppermann AG since 2002. Before joining the Wuppermann board, he was Managing Director of the Bonn-based company Mannesmann Boge GmbH. Dr. C. L. Theodor Wuppermann is married and father of two children. He likes to spend his free time travelling, playing golf and skiing.
Dr.-Ing. C. Peter Jongenburger
Board member for the Flat Products Business Unit
Dr.-Ing. C. Peter Jongenburger has been a member of the Board of Management of Wuppermann AG since the beginning of 2008 and is responsible for the Flat Products Business Unit. Until the end of 2007, Dr. Jongenburger occupied a variety of senior management positions at the Corus Group in the Netherlands and the UK. He is married and has three children. He likes to spend his free time with his family or engaged in sporting activities.
Dr. Arnd Schaff
Board member for the Technical Products Business Unit
Dr. Arnd Schaff has been a member of the Board of Management of Wuppermann AG since the beginning of 2008 and is responsible for the Technical Products Business Unit. Before joining the Wuppermann board, Dr. Schaff, who has a doctorate in physics, was Business Area President at the Swedish company Munters AB and Managing Director of Munters Euroform GmbH, in Aachen, Germany. Dr. Schaff is married and has two daughters. He is an enthusiastic motorcyclist and sportsman.
