THE SUPERVISORY BOARD OF WUPPERMANN AG
PROVIDING REGULAR AND DILIGENT SUPERVISION AND GUIDANCE
The function of the Supervisory Board of Wuppermann AG is to ensure regular and diligent supervision of the Board of Management and to advise it on its activities. According to company statutes, the Supervisory Board comprises at least six members. Of the current seven, four are members of the Wuppermann family (denoted by *). At the 2010 Annual General Meeting, Dr.-Ing. G. Theodor Wuppermann, long-serving Chairman of both the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board, was appointed to the position of Honorary Chairman of the Supervisory Board in recognition of his achievements.
