"Johannes Nonn has led our family business through the economic challenges of the past six and a half years in outstanding fashion. Together with him, we were able to write the most economically successful year in the company's history in 2021. On behalf of the Supervisory Board, I would like to thank him for his commitment and wish him all the best for his retirement. At the same time, we are delighted that we have been able to recruit Oliver Alexander Rechtsprecher for the Wuppermann Group. In him we have found an entrepreneurial and dynamic personality with extensive experience in the steel industry. We are sure that he will lead the Wuppermann Group successfully into the future", explains Dr C. L. Theodor Wuppermann, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Wuppermann Group.

"I would like to thank the Supervisory Board of Wuppermann AG, the shareholders and the employees of the Group for the trust they have placed in me. I am certain that Wuppermann will continue to operate very successfully on the market - thanks to its outstanding products and processes, but above all thanks to its committed employees," concluded Nonn.
