Supervisory Board election for Wuppermann AG

During this year's Annual General Meeting of Wuppermann AG on 8 April 2024 in Leverkusen, the regular elections for the Supervisory Board also took place. With Nicola Lemken and Dr Bernhard Gräwe, two new members were elected to the six-member body for five years each. The previous Supervisory Board members Peter Bosbach (Dipl.-Volkswirt) and Jan Philipp Wuppermann (Dipl.-Kfm) stepped down from the Supervisory Board.

Jan Philipp Wuppermann has represented the family professionally on the Supervisory Board for many years. Peter Bosbach was able to contribute his expertise in the steel market to the work of the Supervisory Board in a very valuable way", adds Dr C. L. Theodor Wuppermann, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Wuppermann AG.

Business economist Nicola Lemken has been a partner and member of the management board of Lemken GmbH & Co. KG Alpen, a family business with worldwide activities in agricultural technology, since 2001.

Dr Bernhard Gräwe was employed by thyssenkrupp AG until 2002. Between 2002 and 2022, the doctor of physics held various management positions in the Bilstein Group and has been working as an independent consultant for the Bilstein Group since 2022.
