Wuppermann Hungary won a prestigious prize at the Employer Branding Award 2024 ‘Magyar PR Szövetség’. WH won the silver award for its employer branding campaign SOUND OF STEEL: HOW TO BE BIG?
How can we compete with companies with stronger consumer brands when WUPPERMANN steel products cannot be found in shops and are barely visible in everyday life?
With the employer branding campaign focusing on the social media platforms LinkedIn and Facebook, Wuppermann Hungary has found a modern and exciting answer to this question.
With segmented messages, involving WH colleagues, and educational content with a special focus on the topic of occupational safety, WH not only regularly attracts attention and thus strengthens its local presence and awareness. It also uses social media to expand the recruitment of new employees and shows that steel can be trendy.
