Bending and forming, just as the customer demands, that is our aspiration. Our production possibilities here range from 5-axis to left/right bending to 3-roll forming for arched constructions. We accompany you from 0-series up to large series. We solve the most difficult tasks in the forming of tubes through our longstanding experience.

Complex 3D-bent tubes and components are accompanied by our digital 3D measurement. A maximum of measurement methodology is required to ensure consistent product quality and accuracy of the fitting. Our cutting-edge 3D measuring system enables us to use the reference point system (RPS) as well as the best fit method.

There are almost no limits to the processing by tube laser: We open up special design possibilities for custom-made tubes. Whether cutting or engraving - we offer individual and precisely fitting production down to the last detail.

The welding of assemblies is carried out on finely tuned welding jigs. It can be welded by robot or, in the case of very demanding products, by hand. We achieve best results with a high repeating accuracy.
