Leverkusen, Germany, 07/09/2021 - Wuppermann successfully passed the IATF (International Automotive Task Force) 16949 audit in June after completing the Stage 2 certification audit. The plant in Moerdijk, the Netherlands, Wuppermann Staal Nederland B.V. (WSN) and the sales company Wuppermann Stahl GmbH (WS) in Leverkusen have now received the official IATF certificates. MORE

After the complete Stage 2 audit by the IATF (International Automotive Task Force) at Wuppermann Staal Nederland (WSN) in Moerdijk and Wupppermann Stahl (WS) in Leverkusen, Wuppermann received the "Letter of Conformance" from the IATF in September.
The IATF 16949 standard covers all published quality standards of the automotive industry and the entire value chain of this industry. The certificate is the formal commitment to excellence, cost efficiency and delivery reliability. It proves that Wuppermann meets the requirements for quality management systems and continuous improvement processes. The focus is on risk management and reduction of fluctuations and inefficiency. It applies to both manufacturers and suppliers to the automotive industry. MORE
